Our attention to detail, and the fact that the entire production process takes place on our premises, mean that we have full control of the production process, with the aim of meeting the very different needs of each individual customer.
It’s impossible for a single model of machine to suit everyone.
Our machines are the product of know-how acquired over the years and are continuously evolving, combined with newer, high-performance methodologies.
It all starts with a requirement, which grows into an idea, which then turns into something concrete.
Initial processing steps
The initial processing section is staffed by specialists, and the two state-of-the art laser-cutting stations allow production times to be reduced to a minimum.
We can thus offer the customer better financial terms, as well as a dynamic approach to customizing the machine.
Third step
The metal bending area completes the manufacturing process already begun by laser cutting. It has three automated press brakes which make it possible to work with any material, whether metal or plastic, up to a maximum thickness of 20 mm.
By accurate, careful use of the punching or calender machine, the various design requirements can be met.
Construction starts with the welding phase.
Next, the axles are fitted, and the moving parts are then installed, the platform and lifts, checking that they are correctly coupled.
This phase ends with all parts of the structure being painted.
Before delivery
The final phase of production comprises of the assembly of the previously constructed parts, followed by thorough testing of each product.
